ALL aboard: we’re in this together
From assessment to zhuzh, we’re here for it. Let’s get started!
Where do I begin?
California for All Animals is a program designed to meet you exactly where you are. To join the community of shelters across the state working toward a shared goal of matching every animal in need with the right outcome through the right care, delivered in the right place and at the right time, sign up and tell us more about your shelter.
These community-based, “all teach, all learn” interactive training experiences are facilitated by subject matter experts and designed to dive deep. Our most comprehensive training, multi-week Bootcamps cover everything from purpose to programming and include live calls with your peers and coaches.
The Maddie’s® Million Pet Challenge Learniverse is an interactive online learning community found at the intersection of Knowing and Doing. Hosted by a team of animal welfare’s leading experts and featuring training modules of every shape and size, this is a space built for you to question, test and implement innovations in the pursuit of continuous discovery and improvement in animal sheltering.
Join the California for All program, input your shelter data, and check out open grant opportunities. We'll keep you in the loop when new grants are available too.
The Marketing and Communications team leads zoom brown bag co-working sessions to help you get the most out of your website while meeting your peers at other shelters. The 2022 series started with a look at usability and searchability. The second session focused on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and making sure your website is accessible to people with disabilities. The third session will focus on the nuances of language and framing. It is not yet scheduled.
